I have always been pleased with the quality of socks from Beauties Ltd of Vermont, and these are no exception. What compels me to write this review, is the level of service and personal care that seems to go into every order I have ever received from them. I purchased the mystery socks on a whim, as the price was reduced. I have purchased mystery items in the past, and there is always a risk that you get something that doesn't quite fit your style or color preferences. My risk, however, was rewarded in that the pair I received perfectly matched the other items from my order, and I have a hard time believing it to be purely a coincidence. It is the little touches like this that shows someone is taking the time to consider their person on the other end of the order. The quality of their products combined with their highest level of attention to service has ensured that I will continue to be a loyal and satisfied customer, and recommend Beauties Ltd of Vermont evangelically.
I was excited to buy a pair of black socks with question marks. Never occurred to me I was trusting the good folks at Beau Tie to select a beautiful pair of socks for me. High quality. Radiant purple and yellow. Thank you.
As a made-to-order products company, you get the benefit of careful workmanship and impeccable fabrics in the size and style you like. Not that mass-produced stuff from China.
With that in mind, please carefully review our return policy below.
1. Bow Ties and Neckties - Handmade in Vermont
All of our standard bow ties and standard neckties are returnable for any reason at all ā for 60 days after the purchase date ā as long as they are in new/unused condition and (preferably) in their original packaging.
So, what's a "standard" bow tie? What's a "standard" necktie?
Our standard neckties are 58ā long and 3 1/4" wide. All other lengths and widths are made to order and therefore, are not returnable.
Part of what sets us apart from the crowd is that we handcraft every single Vermont-Made product in every single order that we receive. Nothing is mass produced. Indeed, the majority of our products are made to order, and many of them are customized to meet your individual specification. As a result, we cannot accept returns of these other Handmade in Vermont products:

If your order is returnable and you'd like to return it for an exchange of a different product, please mail it back in new and unused condition to the same address above and note what you'd like in exchange.
Our cotton face masks ā and our underwear, of course ā may not be exchanged or returned. We hope we donāt have to explain why. ;-)
All other products may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. They must be returned in their original packaging ā with their original tags and/or hardware ā and in unused condition.
Like most companies, gift cards cannot be returned.

As you know, we individually create every one of our ties and accessories right here in Vermont. So, while our Slimline/Standard, Freestyle bow ties generally ship out within a day or two of the receipt of your order (Monday-Friday), other items may take 2 - 5 days individually create for you before they are shipped. If you need your order by a specific date, please call us at 800-488-8437. We'll bend over backwards to meet your deadline, and let you know if there will be any extra charges.
